Trauma Informed Bal-A-Vis-X
Trauma Informed Bal-A-Vis-X (TIB) is the name of our new Bal-A-Vis-X video. It contains 45 exercises and four multi-tiered movement patterns specifically designed to address toxic stress / PTSD in terms of Dr Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model of Education (NME) as we understand it. ("I adhere to Dr Perry’s approach to victims of childhood trauma on my own. I am not formally affiliated with him nor have I met him." ~ Bill Hubert, Bal-A-Vis-X creator)
Trauma Informed Bal-A-Vis-X brings about self-induced and self-monitored mindfulness in measures of gradually increasing duration. Note: although created for children, these exercises and patterns equally benefit adults.
My goal is to provide instructions so clear that teachers, therapists, social workers, counselors, and parents can then teach these techniques, one-on-one, to victims of childhood trauma in their worlds.
Teaching this content is always 1-on-1, never in group setting.
